Request for remove my loan account no. 5815200000510 from cible

SIR,

I have deposited foreclosure amount RS.82920 against above said loan account no. vide receipt no. (2281444) on 13-12.But i shocked to see my loan acccount in cible as default . on 26-12, full payment has been made from my account, therefore you are requested to please look into this matter and remove my loan account from cible at your earliest.

but not yet any of the action has been taken
