I had taken the loan from Fullerton India and due to there mistake of mis match of my account no they are charging the amount of **Rs as a late payment charges and 657/** rs as bouncing charges where I had always paid in time with cash only in June I had paid 300 rs less which I had paid in October and my October EMI I had paid on 17nov09 do they can charge 2000 on that's the late payment charges and second due to them my name is there in cibil which is harming my credibility as I had already clear there all dues so I request you to help me in the same matter.
