No response for preclosure of the loan

Hi ALl,

I have taken aloan from Fullerton India on Feb and now i want to pre-close my loan. So as per their procedure i contacted Call center and later on i came to know that my request has been generated and it took more than a month to get my file to the branch from where i have taken a loan. Now nobody from the branch is responding, as my ECS is pending on 5th Of Sept. I went on monday 30th Aug to Hadpasar Branch to pre-close my loan, but then they had a system problem and i could not get the final figure for preclosure.

Kindly advice the legal procedure.
