PF settlement " Not responding proper"

Respected Sir,

My self Ganesh Mantarao Ingle, Employee code 101302 was with establishment of Fullerton India Credit Co Ltd during 5th Dec to 24th March. I have claimed to at my employer for my pf settlement so i have sent all relevant documents with my pf form & they have also got on 17 Dec as per mail acknowledgment by employer but they are consistent telling me that " RPFC Mumbai are not accepting PF forms" so requesting for help me in the said matter for to settle my pf account.

Its my genuine problem of hospitalization so please cooperate me i will be very thankful of you.
