About Personal Loan

Daer Sir/Madam,

I ahve applied for a Personal loan about Rs.50000/-

They have collect documents from me and also address verified and they call me at there office for personal Discussion.at Sodpur Branch Near H.B Town, Kolkata. At there Branch they said ur office address not verified because u do not provide the addres when ever i had already given my address detail and my offical Visiting Card also. That day they said after your office address will verified then we will confirm me. after two days later they di not call me but i call at the branch office and Talked with there executive they said your office and House address did not coverage under our Branch. So your loan is not approved.

My question is that why they called me there Branch for P.D and if there branch do not cover my House and Office location then why they verified my House address.? They totally waste my time and money.
