Personal Loan

I was received loan of Rs.89000 from Fullerton India on July. At that time they didn't explain insurance amount and they have been charged Rs.7000 without any communication. Before that they said only charged for processing fee but they claimed Rs.7000 for insurance.

At May-10, I want to close my loan account and register at Customer Care and also directly visit at branch for 5 times but they hesitate to close and delayed for one month for closing my account and charged day by day interest when I closed on my account.

Now I payed all loan balance amount with preclose charges on last month but they have been charged Rs.3521 through ECS on 5-7-10 and I made a compliant through Customer Care. They told it will be payed after 25th of this month.

They charged Rs.3521 after my loan closing because of this my HDFC Bank loan accout ECS has been bounced and they charged Rs.225 Rs.450 as banking procedure.

I very much worried about Fullerton India services and they won't bother after getting loan from branch. Branch people's have very poor service and I never before this kind of experiance. Please advice how can I make legal compliant...
