Regarding Policy docs

Please have look on below concerns which i had raised one month back to Fullerton.

This is with regards to my PL loan application (LAN- 011725000023230). I have taken loan from you organization in Nov ‘2009. At the time of disbursal, your representative sold me two policies one is for health care and another one is for loan cover. Till date, I did not get any kind of policy documents. I have made lot of call to your representative and your organization. But I have not received satisfactory answer/reply.

Please let me know how I can get all these kind of documents as I am not aware of my policy number. Is this genuine behavior to deal innocent customers?

I am waiting to get proper resolution of my problem.
