Cancellation of the personla loan of Rs.400000 & need my cheques documents back

Dear sir,

i am Sushil Chandanani, Key Account Manager, working in Abbott Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. Aurangabad.

i had applied for the Personal Loan of Rs.400000 to fullerton India & as they are charging 22% reducing charges; i decided to cancel the loan.

I had not taken the cheque & applied online for the cancellation of the cheque.

Now they are forcing me to pay Rs. 4000 (1%) of total amount to close the personal loan account which i had not taken from them as cancellation charges.

Is it justified?? what should be done in this case??

their company web site is showing there is not any charges for cancellation of P.L. before 1st EMI.

Sir, Please give me suggestion what should i do now in this case??

shall i pay Rs.4000 or shall i dont pay anything to them??

How i can take back my 5 blank security cheques from them??

I had applied for the personal loan of Rs.4, 00, 000 (Rupees 4 Lacs) in last week of June.

Apllication Reference No. is- 12467905.

Sir, i had given the writing application to cancel my application & cancel my loan approval; as i dont require it now to Fullerton India Credit Company, Aurangabad-Cidco Branch main incharge- Mr. Dhiraj Deshmukh on 5th July when cheque was arrived to Aurangabad branch.

But he is not responding to my call and avoiding to pick up my call from last 2 days.

Its horrible to see a senior person is behaving like that.

Kindly cancel my application immediately & cancel the loan cheque and return my original documents & security cheques back.

SIR, I AM READY TO PAY THE CANCELLATION CHARGES OF YOUR COMPANY WHICHEVER WILL BE APPLICABLE AS PER RULE.

Please treat this as utmost urgent.

Sir, i am genuinely informing your company in advance; after that i will not be responsible for any situations which will be purely because of intentional delay from your company employees.

I will pay the applicable standard charges as per norm.

Waiting for your quick & positive response; as your company employee Mr. Vijay Gaikwad was asking to deposit the loan cheque in my ICICI bank Account without my notice & without handing over to me; which will not be good; as i had already told & given in writing to cancel the loan cheque & loan approval too.
