Provident Fund not received for more than 3 months

This is to inform you that I have worked with Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd - Esplanade Kolkata from Oct to Jun. My Employee No is 112289. I have applied for my PF withdrawl from the Office, which was deposited by Fullerton to Regional PF Commissioner, 341 Bhavishya Nidhi Bhawan, Bandra (East), Mumbai - 700 051 on 05/10/09 as per the mail received from the company. However, we have not received the PF from the RPFC - Mumbai as on date.

For your information, my PF Nois MH/48037/11580.

I have checked the status of PF, which says that it is under process till date. More than 3 months have passed, I have not received the PF yet.

Request your kind intervention into the matter. I shall be highly oblige if you can persue on the case to get my PF at the earliest
