Personal Loan

Hi,

I have taken a Personal Loan for Rs 50000.00 by September. So far, I have completed 28 EMIs (each EMI = Rs 2515.00).

As of now, I didn't receive any documents on this loan from Fullerton. So I've called their Customer Services 18001036001. They don't have any informations other than number of EMIs completed and total Loan amount. Those details can be availed from Branch it seems. The contact numbers which provided by them is not all not in use currently. Their response is totally not good.

There is no such escalation contact numbers given in the Website.http://www.fullertonindia.com/.
