Personnel Loan Harrasement

I have taken a personnel loan of Rs.2 lakh from Fullerton India on April for which monthly EMI is Rs.6750/-. At the time of loan I was told the rate of interest will be 18% but now I come to know that my rate of interest is Rs.26%. Also I want to share that I have not received any loan documents till date, after many calls & reminder I received my loan tracker through soft copy.

When I come to know about this rate of interest me & my husband immediately decided to close this loan and somehow we arranged money and in March went to Nehru Place branch to close the same we requested to official there to do so but there were no response received. They told us that we need to take some online no. from their costumer care and after 3-4 days we need to visit again to close the same. We requested them close this on immediate effect but they rudely refused to do so. I followed their instructions and call customer care no. from there only and again requested them to close the loan on balance full amount. But i d'nt understand why it is very long procedure to close the same.

I have taken the no. from customer care thrice and went for closure but I think they do not want to close my loan. They want us to be in loan for 3 years and pay them just like double.

Now they are harrasing me, every week their executive comes and harrass us. Please help us to close this situation.
