Delay in foreclosure of personal loan

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have taken personal loan from Fullerton India credit company Limited jayanagar-Bangalore. Loan number is 1213 25 0000 19810. now i paid Loan amount and all fore closure charges. but these people not closing from last one month. they have given fore closure receipt. but not updated in their system. security checks also not returned to me. THEY ARE A BIG CHEATERS. If there is any method to take it forward this issue, please let me know. my contact number is 9972397456.
