NOC OF My Two Wheeler Not Yet Receieved Since three Months

Dear Sir/Madam

I Am Writing Complaint Mail with a huge disappointment from the Services Provided by the Fullerton India Bank Faidabad Branch NIT Neelam Bata Road.

I Have taken two wheller Loan from Fullerton India Bank in August month My Loan Amount is Cleared On March. My Loan A/C No is 011820200014570 for Bajaj Discover.

I Have made last month EMI through cash on Same day in Fullerton Branch NITFaridabad. Since then I am Following for NOC.

But no one In Collection & NOC Department Taking it Seriously. Specialy Miss Bhawna In Collection Department She is not able to close my Loan.due to this NOC Department Fail to release the NOC against loan.even they are tourturing me also.

It Makes Bad impression on Customer & it is Harmfull for the Organization Goodwill also.

I Request you to Please Get it resolve quickly.
