I have taken personal loan from Fullerton India, whereby I have completed 7 installments Rs4208/-p.m that means around Rs.29458/- I have given and now I wanted to closed the loan by paying remaining amt. Asking on this, the bank is telling your principal amt. dues are 94409.72/- still balance.

Is these types of banking operations are acceptable??? in India

Do these types are banks do not have any control by RBI???
