Fullerton India /personal loan
EMI not trasfered from account

Dear Team,

I had take personal loan from Fullerton India bank Ltd. But form last two months i am facing problem. As per loan terms i paid my instalmanet through EMi But form last two the Emi is not transfer form my account. The date of Emi transfer is 05th of every month but i have no information form bank side till 20 Feb and for this month till date. I paid cash for last mont on 22-Feb please suggest.
