Cheat in the procedure for temination of loan

I have taken loan from kedar joshi at thane branch

acoording to kedar joshi

he told me that if u are taking loan of 75000

after 2 month later if u 50000 then

u can terminate the loan by paying

75000-5000

=2500 6%

but now i contact to ur thane branch

she told me

total EMI 2717*12 month

=32604

my loan for 4 years

i.e.=32604*4

=130416

if i hv paid 50000

my total balance is 130416-50000

=80416

this much amount i have to pay

which is wrong

ur excutive told different procedure

so take it seriously and reply me fast

if ur r not taking action then i m not going to pay anything
