Fund transfered to wrong account

On 18-09-09, I transfered a sum of Rs2000 via net banking to an account located in Hardwar.By mistake the fund is transfered to an account in Delhi. This is because the account number entered was wrong but other details like account holder name and branch code was correct.

Since I've transfered from ICICI net banking, SBI says to check with ICICI bank. And ICICI says to check with SBI since the fund is transfered from their bank.

I'm stuck in the loop between the two banks.

I didn't understand how they can transfer the money to an account that has payee name totally different what I entered while transfering the amount.

Please advise me what to do at this time. Its more than 3 months for this issue and I'm not getting any response from amy of the banks
