Harrassing Behaviour of HDFC bank

I have a HDFC Bank credit card (#5243681100527954). I was keep paying the minimum balance & many times more than that regularly for the dues, as per the statement. I failed paying for 1 month in between. There were a few calls and the guy called from the bank (airport road branch, Banagalore) promised that he will send a collection executive to collect the money. I was waiting for him for about two or three days, but he never turned up. After, to my shocking, i realised that the bank has freezed my savings account with them and has taken all the money in my acoount. I was very shocked about this activity of HDFC bank. THIS IS LIKE A CYPER THEFT. There is no proper resonse from the bank on this subject!!
