Non-receipt of PF amount

Dear Sir,

My PF number is MH/48737/57. I had originally submitted my papers to the PF office thru my previous employer on 16/04, claim for which was processed on 17/05 and 18/05 as per the data on the website. The cheques were to be directly deposited in the account, details of which were given in the form as well as a cancelled cheque leaf attached alongwith the application. Incidentally the bank shifted the branch owing to which the cheques got misplaced in post and never reached either the bank or back to the PF office.

Consequently I have re-submitted the application for processing the claim on 23/08 confirming that the money has not been deposited in my account alongwith a certified copy of the bank statement but the claim has not been processed till date. Request help in getting my money.
