Unnecessary delay in payment of claim amount although claim has been processed on 18th Sept'2010

Sir/Madam,

I want to file a complaint against FUTURE HEALTHCARE & HEALTH MANAGEMENT SERVICES.I had taken a medical policy of 1 year starting from 16/03.I had filled a claim on 08/07 against this policy. This claim was processed on 18/09 but still no payment is received against such processed claim. I had made a discussion about reason for such delay with its employees.& the response received from them is that the company does not have funds to pay the claims. Moreover, they had cancelled my policy on 31/12, before the expiry of the policy period (i.e 15/03). Following is the detail of pending claims:-
