Regarding EMI

I have taken a small consumer loan of 15000/- from Future money. Due to some bad situation I was not able to pay my EMI on exact date so in this case I said to company representative named by Ravi Bhatia that I will deposit 2 Months EMI on next month EMI date. He was not agree with this and said to me that He and his colleagues will pick that good from my home. I requested them 3 times but still they did misbehave. I am very disappointed with this scheme.
