Foul and abusive language used by collection person

My parents had taken a loan from future money, which they had pain without fail and paid upto 75% of the loan amount. Unfortunately, due to down word trend in market, our business went down and we suffered lot of losses in the market, hence, we were unable to pay the rest of loan.

Many of the collection person had come to our place and seeing our condition they understood the situation and went back.

From past few months every 10 to 15 days a girl calls up from Future money and uses very harsh/ abusive/ foul language, as though she has come from gutter world.

She had said if we have guts come to FCH house, Peninsula corporate park, Ganpatrao Kadam Marg, Lower Parel, Mumbai 400013. She said her name is tanya mehra (which i think is false).

She had also called up on my residense address and abused my grand parents, if this is the kind of behavior, then I am sorry nobody should entertain such companies. What are such employees think of themselves, sitting in a A/c office and saying all bullshit is easy, if they have guts why don't they come in front of us and say it on our face. If nothing is done through this website I will put an FIR against the company and will sue them in the court of law. I am not going to pay anything, earlier I had an intention to settle the account, now until and unless I get an apology from the company I will not sit quite.
