As per agreement / contract /promise/scheme Rs 1 Lac not refund after 17 years

I have invested Rs 1000/- in Gaekwad Plantation Ltd (Rajstambh Villa, Opp Motibaug palace, Rajmahal Road, Vadodara ; Corporate office : 404, Paradise Complex, Sayajigunj, Vadodara, Gujarat, 390005 ; Registered Office: Mukund Farm, At & Post - Dumad, Taluka - Savli, Vadodara ))

as per their advertisement, brochure, contract, agreement, promise & scheme (after reading the said materials)

At the time of primary investment, Gaekwad plantation promise to give Rs 1 Lac after 17 years, as per agreement.

But till the Date they have not refund any amount.
