My Loan A/c Not closed till date

I have taken a personal loan from your Kalkaji Branch Loan A/c. No. LC 011111003751123 of Rs.4, 97, 900.00 on 03.12.2008. I have make payment of Rs.3, 90, 504.00 by RTGS Ref. SYNBH10069131579 on 10.03.2010 in Foreclosure after Waiver of Rs. 19, 414.47. Your persons are asking me service tax on waiver amount which is not applicable. Due to this reason they are not closing this account from last one year. When I call to your representative Mr. Aashish Sharma, he donot answer

my call and not pikup mobile. I have complaint many times to your customer care but nothing happened and nobody give me any senior officer number/mail/address. This type of behaviour of your persons interect that your company creat problems to every one. Please reply my complaint and look after in this matter and closed this account as earlier as possible.
