Check recived from GAMADA with Wrong Account No

My application Number is 231277 submitted for 125 sq y plot and its self financed with amount 180000 Rs. I have recevied the cheque againt the earnest money refund from GAMADA, but A/C number mentioned on cheque is wrong 11 digit instead of 14 digit.so, the same cheque could not be credit. Contact numbers mentioned on GAMADA site was either out of oder or nobody was picking up the phone. How to ractify the same problem. Please let know the solution.
