Purchase product Not working & replace it

Esp sir,

let you know that i am purchasing product in Metro (Bhandup) dated 11th july. product code is L.G-23L GrillMW6347B but the product should not working. Your demo engeneer Suresh Pal said product fails it not working & mr. Tejas shoudl repalce it but mr.tejas not attending phone.

We are request you to please follow the complaint

other wise we should take strick action.

Plese do needfully & give replay as early as possible
