This is to hereby inform you that, Myself R.H.Mishra (consumer no. 20627) your receiptionist and the technician man has forcefully sold my home booked cylinder by allegedly saying if you don't pay the checking amount and if you dont service from our man and give him the rupees in amount to technician man you will not get the cylinder.

We already make a maintenance always for our home gas cylinder privately...

kindly take a sincere action for this... and do the nedful to your fraudist staff.
