Illegal levy of charges by GATI ltd

Sir,

I am extremely happy for having participated and won Castrol World Cup ka Hero 2011 i.e. Sachin tendulkar autographed memorabilia. I have been a satisfied customer of castrol products for last so many years.

But one unfortunate fact is that your official courier Gati Ltd. has charged an extra amount of Rs.130/- from me as courier charges against money receipt which is illegal. They insisted that, I should talk to Castrol India authorities for this and if, I don't pay Rs.130/- then they will return back the gift to Castrol India Ltd., Mumbai.

In order to uphold the honour of your company, the honour of this gift and the honour of of our great Little master "Tendulkar", I accepted the gift by paying Rs.130/-.

However, I request you to kindly do the needful so that Gati Ltd. Is penalized for its illegal levy & pay me back Rs.130/-. Thanking you Sir,
