Not giving CC Loan

I have a account in SBI Naroda GIDC branch since last 18 years.. recently i applied fo r SME CC Loan but Bank denied our loan and said that we r not giving loan to the HUF.. The proprietor of my firm is a HUF. Is bank have right to reject my loan application because of firms proprietor is HUF..? what kind of action i take against bank..?
