Fraud & Fake - GBS info

Hi,

I register this complaint against Siva full name: Sivasubramaniyan E.

He is associated with GBS info, the office is at Chennai and Coimbatore. He promised to get an project to run at my call center, he said that he will be giving me an Australian process of 50 seats (The client name according to him is Big-pond, Australia) and there were few commercials for that and he asked me to pay 4 lacs before the clients SLA sign up and then he agreed to take 2 lacs at the time of MOU and i have sent the money to him via online transfer and then the things turned around, the way he spoke to me and his behavior changed totally and when the things didn't workout with that Australian client and then he promised to get me another process and again it was Australian project of 20 seats and again another issue arise with this stating that he is getting the project from some other consultant and that consultant after the verification happened to be fake and this all guys are fake... they have just returned 50k till now and the rest 1.5 lacs is still pending with them and he is not answering any of my calls nor replying to my mails.

Please don't deal with this guys...
