Sir, i am g.dhanabalan, . plot no c. 2 ishwaria nagar, kurunchi nagar, chrompet, chennai.600 044 this is my address. one cover was booked at salem, consiginment number is 016668061589 dt. 10/04. mentioned the above given address. it was reached here at chennai on 12/04.The cover was handed over to mr. prasad who is working as delivery boy, on the same day, but the consignment is not delivered and taken back to pallavaram office, it was enquired to pallavaram office to mr. kalayanasundharam and he was replied very harshly, the cover will get only on tomorrow morning because your address is not traced out by our delivery boy, and then he told me you come and collect the cover from pallavaram office if your felling it is very urgent, the argument is started between mr kalyasundharam and my self immediatly he used some unparliamentary words on me .the reply also very hard and rough, and then it was noticed to mr.dinakaran and he promissed to me, we will delivery your letter to day itself, up to 18.30hrs of 12/04 it was not delivered.

your therefore request you the prompt action may taken to mr. prasad and mr. kalayanasundram. so that in future this kind of complaint may awaited.
