Unnecessary telephone

SBI Card NO 4317575027544692 in the name of Ankit Sudan & card No 447692 9989666208 in the name of Yogesh Sudan. The BPO people are making calls everyday on 0141-2650944 asking for to talk with above persons who might be defaulters of SBI Cards. But this telephone does not belong to them. It has been newly installed at my residence in February and since them I am informing them to stop talking but as a mechanical machine every day morning calls. They even do not send local people to varify and even they have been informed to verify from telephone exchange the factual fact but all in vain. Even e-mail to feedback. gesbi does not yeild result. Pl inform what is the solution. Should I complaint to Banking Ombudsman at Jaipur. GE's telephone are 0124 -2350176, 4367605 to 09, 3992900, 3983220, 3983720, 3983501 etc.
