No Due Certificate on Bike Loan

I had purchased a Hero Honda Splendor Plus from Kanchan Motors located at Asmita, Shop No. 1, Rambaug Lane no. 2, Kalyan (W), Tel: 2305111, 2326317, for which I had taken bike loan from GE Countrywide for a period of 3 years in October, 04.

The EMI’s have been paid as per the schedule & the loan got repaid in November’07.

But I have not received the no due/ no claim letter necessary for completing formalities with RTO of bike transfer/ data updating.
