I had loan against property from GE Money and was paying for last five years. In last year I requested them to early settlement of my account and I wanted to pay in four installments. I paid two installments of 4.5 lacs and suddenly my father got serious and I could not pay attention on payment of balance two installments.last month on 8th June my father expired and yesterday I went to go there with my views that I will pay rest two installments with applicable interest for five months, but they refused to give me confirmation on these and now they are saying you come on 2013 till than we have adjusted all your paid amount towards installments. I wanted to take up matter with legal forum as Regional manager even refused to listen further on this.

I want to pay rest two installments. Please advice
