Harrasment/Threat against False Claim

Dear Sir/Madam,

I want to highlight the issue of harrasment by Recovery agent or by Company M/s GE MONEY.

I received a phone call on 18/01 on my Mobile ..

Caller Details:

1. Caller: Mr. Vishal Gupta

2.Phone no from call received by me: 011:40624059

3.Address Told by Caller: 401/402, Agarwal Millenium Tower, Pitampura, New Delhi

This caller Mr. Vishal Gupta threatened & harrased me that i have ran away after taking loan from M/s GE Money of Rs. 100000/-

I HAVE NOT TAKEN ANY LOAN FROM THIS BANK, I DO NOT KNOW WHY THIS FELLOW HAS TELEPHONED ME.

Really i am traumatised after this call, which has disturbed me like anything.

Please help me on the issue.
