Unnecessary charges against me

Ge money has levied unnecessary charges as late payment, interest, over limit chargesetc for not paying on correct due date .but i had been told to make the payment through easy bill, and none of the easy bill person is ready to accept the payment of rs 38000 in one go.so i had to make the payment in several times and the same get late due to this.when i contacted the bank for the same they told me do what ever u want but we are not going to lodge any complaint for the same.and u had to bear all the late payment charges and intrest.my card no is
