Asking for cheque bounc charges after it was given

Hi, this is a complaint against ge money on the fact that after paying the loan along with interest they are not willing to certify that our loan is totaly paid saying that a bounce charge is due despite of the fact that we have paid the above mentioned charges at that time according to their notice.now they are saying that i have to pay an amount of 1116 rupees which seems to be absolutely rubbish.i have a reciept of the above payment so i can prove that i have paid the money and this is not all before this episode they have asked to pay an extra amount of emi which i had to clarify to them.it seems that gemoney is a fraud company which is involved in cheating its customer and not only that the customer service is also fraud they so desperately want that money that they were asking to come at home to collect the money they keep on calling from the phone number 01244319400 which is a bullshit as i cannot call back to the number and talk.i hereby want justice as ihave been cheated harassed and robbbed by the company.
