Payment Not Received We Feel Cheated

Sir,

I have invested Rs.100000 in Gems Sales november the leaders are saying - PREM CHAND BANSAL 09050648008 has complained in SEBI, due to this Mr K D Pasricha's account is freezed worth Rs 22cr is pending in pasricha's account, he is fighting through all means to get that money back, i just want to know whether this is right information or he is cheating us, we came to know that he has started another company in the name of B P Jewellers in Delhi. is he can be trusted? initially he gave us PDC cheques but now he stopped it by giving some vogue answers.

Please Help us as we have invested our hard earned money.
