Implementation of Board resolutions

SEBI should make a ruling that resolutions made by Boards regarding bonuses, splits and rights of shares be implented within one months, otherwise Companies are plying with the emotions of investors sentiments/emotions and manipulating the prices of stocks. Thanks Dr. C.L.Keswani
