Amount of Rs.1.73 lakhs not yet paid even after more than 2 years for the services we provided Geneva Software Technologies, Bangalore

We (Aadya Consulting Services) have provided recruitment services to Geneva Software Technologies Ltd and they are due to pay us Rs. 1, 73, 350/- as service fee. The payment is due since Aug. Their CFO never said they will not pay but kept postponing the payment with one excuse or the other. They (CFO Mr. Jalaiah and the Director Mr. Ravindra) told us they were in financial trouble and requested us to wait till April for the payment, which we obliged in good faith. However, they changed their color after April and kept giving excuses. In April, their CFO Mr. Jalaiah wrote to me the following email:

"To be frank with you it willl take some more time, (I cannot give a date right now) to process this payment."

This was the last I heard from them. They stopped answering emails and phone calls. None of the emails to even their CEO Mr. Muralikrishna Reddy was acknowledged. We even sent them a legal notice to which they did not even respond. We are now deeply frustrated and lost hope that we ever would be able to recover our dues from this company. I am filing the complaint here so that at least other vendors would be careful before doing any business with this company who cheat the vendors like this.
