Reimbursement of mediclaim

Regarding – Deficiency in services by Genin’s India ltd. TPA of National Ins.Co. No response of claim for reimbursement of medical bill of Rs. 1.71 lacs, policy amount 1.00 lac.

I submitted the captioned medical bill to M/s Genin’s India ltd. On 18-07 but till date no response has been received from them. Details are as under –

Policy details – Policy no.400/04/48/10/8500000291 DT. 21-02, National ins.Co. Mohali (Chandigarh), policy amount 1.00 lac.

TPA – Ms Genin’s India ltd. H.O. Noida. B.O. Chandigarh.

Name of the insured – K.L.Gupta.

Name of the patient – Sulochana Devi. (Spouse).

Disease – Infection in left leg, which was operated in Jan & nail was implanted in leg against fracture at Jaipur Golden hospital, Delhi.

Policy was first taken in dec.2006 and was timely renewed up to 2009 and on expiry in dec it was renewed in Feb. 2011 due to mistake at bank’s level. Your good self is requested to get the justice done.
