Not Refunding our money

In January they have asked us to deposit the money and accordingly they will supply us the Electronic Bike to sale in the market. Their M.D has visited us in so many times at our place i.e at 07, Midland Plaza, Thatipur, Gwalior. Now they have changed their Office Address. A big amount of money is blocked with them. When we were met them at their new address some of them is just making us fool. Their present Office at Shakinaka, Andheri (East) at Bansal Industrial Area. Now it is more then five years have kindly suggest us how we will get back our money.
