GE SBI Card
Non receipt of monthly statement by post

On 1-4 I wrote Email and Fax for physical copy of statement to SBI Card but till date I do not receive any response. SBI card also sent me sms that your E statement sent to my mail ID. But same also not done by SBI Card. Further I did not instructed any of SBI Card officer for E statement, Why SBI Card people not sending Paper statement, just to reduce cost on Paper and courier charge or any thing else. I need Hard Copy / Paper Statement for record and reference purpose. Can anybody help me how to get Paper statement from SBI Card with any charges, as every bank issuing monthly statement free of cost. Thanks. Vinod Vishwakarma
