Pending Income tax refund for FY 09

Sir,

1. I am due to be paid a refund if Income tax for FY 09 by GHQ .Income tax Office, Pune amounting to Rs 38, 850/-.

2. I am now due to file my IT return for FY 10. Nearly an year has passed and I have not been admitted my legitimate IT refund. I submit that, if we pay our taxes on time - then we must be admitted our refunds also eareliest.

3. May I request you to kindly expedite action on the above reimbursement.
