GIC Housing Finance Ltd. Pune Office lost my property documents, beware of GIC Housing Finance Ltd

I have bought a flat in Pune which was mortgage with GIC Housing Finance Ltd, Pune Office, I gave all the money to my seller and he cleared the dues of GIC Housing Finance Ltd and closed the loan. In return he got few original documents and the following original documents are lost by GIC Housing Finance Ltd, Pune Office (First Agreement, Index II and Registration receipt). My property registration has been done on 29th of March and since that time I am asking for those missing original documents to GIC Housing Finance Ltd, Pune Office. But GIC Housing Finance Ltd, Pune Office could not find the said documents. Once their Area in charge replied to me and that to in such a pathetic English with so many spelling mistakes. I doubt what kind of people are sitting there who cannot write property how can they manage my documents. How do GIC Housing Finance Ltd, Pune Office work.

I am still waiting for them for GIC Housing Finance Ltd, Pune Office to reply me but they are unable to find my documents and they are not even responding to my mails.

Very shameful thing for a financial organisation to loss someone’s property documents and not to respond.

I am going against GIC Housing Finance Ltd, Pune Office in Consumer Court and Civil Court also but I request people dealing with GIC Housing Finance Ltd, Pune Office not to deal with such an unprofessional organisation.
