GIFT VOUCHERS
Wrongly amount deducted Rs. 7498

Dear Sir,

I got a call from India Today. They told me that I have been awarded by some gift vouchers i.e absolutely free. Other gift vouchers are Holiday package & other mobile phones.

They asked for some identity proof saying that any credit or debit card. They took my card number and connected to IVR mode and asked to punch the pin. I punched the pin after verification the amount is zero transaction and no amount to be deducted.

Against after some time they asked to do the same process saying that for holiday package amounting Rs. 7000/- to be deducted. But I denied & did not punch the Pin.

But through internet banking I saw my statement that Rs. 7498 has been charged by Living media India Ltd. vide transaction No. 74678720294046322734481 on 20-10. & Transaction ID 592386

This is Fraud.

I would like to pray you that pl. do cancel this truncation & reverse the same.
