Transfer money at there account but did not recieved the credit

Dear sir i have sending money to GLOBAL COLLECT INDIA PVT LTD account from netbanking to puchase voip service on 7 September till now i did not recieved the credit. I contact with the company via third party and they asked me to get back your money through bank chanel they have trying enough but this company are not responding.

I found verious side this company cheating many people, please coud you any body give me idea how can i get my money back

I would like request to all who is purchsing product thorough internet be countion, they put there account information verious online purchasing wesite when they recieved monoy they asking many details afterward they are not responding
