Unauthorized Charges and misleading advertisement of Document Typing Service

This is in relation to a Document which i took to the above named shop/firm (which is a known shop), for getting it typed. The firm personnels told me that the charges for typing each page is Rs. 15. i asked them what is the basis of charge. they said "humare yahan to yahi charge lagega, agar karwana hai to do warna rehne do". As i needed it urgent, so i gave them the work.

After completion of the typing, i told them that the line spacing, and the font size used by them is not what i require and it is unnecessarily increasing the number of pages, so kindly let me do the formatting as per my requirement. on which they told that we will charge me as per the line spacing and font size decided by them only. also told me "hamare yahan par har jagah likha hua hai ki hum wahi charges lete hain usi font and line spacing mein".

i again asked them if there is any authorization for the charges, so they told har jagah yahi chalta hai.

i was compelled to pay them the price. i request the consumer court to kindly give me justice on this part as they dont have any authorization of there charges and are doing misleading advertisements...
