Fraud with me by globe capital

Sir, I am Sarika singh w/o D.S. Kushwaha live in Delhi. Above this Company has chit me again and again. This co. employee is open in my a/c Aug.2011 and without my permission my Rs.1, 55, 000/- money invest in commodities market but i give cheque for equity trading and when i know than call, they said to me that mam i will recover its my guarantee. Mr. Rana give (Branch Manager) 100% guarantee, but Mr. Rana is not attend my phone and i am unable to go company office because my husband is condition is not well. On account of they understanding i helpless. Plz sir i want to file the case in consumer forum for this company and i get the insaaf by legal action.
