Courier not delive

Dear Sir,

A To Pay parcel booked from Pune on 06/01 vide Doc. No. 800205925 through GMS Courier Services, Pune. First, They misplaced my parcel and till date i.e. 16/01 not deliver the parcel to me and they are telling to me for a charge of Rs. 400/- for the parcel which is absolutely wrong charges of courier and when I talked the concern person on phone no. 919860975951, he was talking in very wrong way and when I told him that I am going to lodge a complaint in consumer forum he is fearless and telling that he will not delivered the parcel and also not returning to the the source he is completely fearless from consumer forum he told me do what can you do and telling me that he is not afraid from any complaint on consumer forum.

Sir, Please take any action against this courier service and instruct them to deliver my parcel.
